I have had the run around from Car Rental Agencies but if you ever get a Chance this Rental on Horton St. RULES!!! I would love to Thank James and his Helpful Staff for going out of there way when I needed someone to take care of Rental Matters. I became a Regular and rent for 2 months at a time, or Weeks . Cheers your all an asset to Enterprise :) Keep up the GREAT work Team . TY TY

Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Aussie leads a great team, I've had a pleasant interaction every time I've been in there. Everyone is attentive and friendly, I told them once I was renting a car to get to a job interview, sure enough when I dropped it off they asked me how the interview went. All the little things are done right here.

Best experience I've had renting from enterprise. The woman that helped me was so friendly and made the rental process seamless and easy. When I came to drop off the car I didn't even have to go inside she recognized me and met me outside to go over the drop off. I highly recommend this location for rentals.

Great service and always very attentive to customer needs. The vehicles are clean and in good repair. I have never experienced an issue with Enterprise but would recommend this Enterprise over any other location in London, Ontario.

Stood outside 15 min before they opened. All the guys were washing cars. Then all the sales agents came out. Not one of them acknowledged me standing except for one older car wash guy in an orange shirt. The one star in this review is for him. The rest of these kids still have a lot to learn about customer service. It's easy to smile when everything goes smoothly. Real customer service happens when you make the impossible possible.

Absolutely best location in London. Unfortunately I live far away now and had to visit the other one which has very poor customer service, but I dont mind taking the bus all the way to here for my next rental and receive the outstanding customer service!

Always have quick and courteous service here. Staff are very quick, vehicles have always been ready on time. My wife uses them for work quite frequently and hasn't had any issues. The cars themselves are very clean and in top notch shape.

I rented a full size suv from this location just for the day, and when I returned it, my wife forgot her coat at the back of the suv, I drove to see the truck at night time and the coat was sitting in the back seat so I figured i will go in the morning and get the coat. I went in the morning and spoke to them and they told me that they didn't find it and I said I am 100% sure it was in the back seat they said its not there and if they ever find it they will call me and they never did till this day. I used to rent from this company all the time but I will not any more very disappointed I have just bought that coat for my wife cost me $500.

Made a reservation then called only to find out that if you only have a visa debit and live In a all inclusive apartment with no bills, no credit cards and have a prepaid phone your not going anywhere

Great experience!
I rented a car for the weekend and tried to pick it up 2 hours early. The car wasn't there but the staff were courteous, friendly, and transparent. They told me what they were doing, where the car was coming from, and were able to get me on the road an hour before my reservation.
The car was clean, comfortable, and had some great features I wasn't expecting (panoramic roof/heated seats). Extra insurance was offered and explained but they were really friendly when I declined.
This place is great value but it was the extraordinary customer service that set them apart. I seldom rent cars but I'd be inclined to do it way more after this experience. Thank you!
