Was stoked to check it out cuz all these ratings seem so good. Was ready to grab a hookah and a couple sticks but no one even made eye contact. Weird vibes. Think they thought I was gonna steal stuff.

This is handsdown my favourite cigar store in the lower mainland. I came in expecting a stuck up attitude to my price range, but was delightfully treated with fantastic service from their staff.
I could sense the passion they have for the cigars they sell. Since I am relatively new to smoking, this was exactly what I was looking for. Someone to give me options without trying to desperately get a higher sale.
Unfortunatly I forgot to get the name of the associate I was helped by, but they have hands down made a lifetime customer out of me.response / report this review -

This store is surreal. I have never seen anything like it, every possible cigar I asked for was there. Super knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The refreshments at the door were a very nice touch. Keep it up fellas!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had, the staff were all very friendly and very informative! Dean especially worked with me on making sure my visit was memorable; although the entire staff was great. They all work together well as a team. I will definitely be back. You have gained a life long customer.

Came in as a beginner interested in setting up my first set and was blown away by the customer service and product knowledge given to me and my friends by Luke. He was awesome, went through the details of each country of origin and then spent time with each of us to figure out what we were looking for within our price range and helped us pick the best type, size, flavour for ourselves. Highly recommend this shop and specifically Luke for his awesome service. A++

Awesome place with knowledgeable staff. Dean was a great help and provided advice and did not try to upsell at all. Perfect place to go to for newbies like myself and seems like it will be a place to go to for many more years.

I don't normally write reviews, but these guys were awesome. It's obvious they take a lot of pride in their shop and the work they do. I went in looking for a humidor and a couple of cigars, and they were extremely helpful and diligent in helping me get what I want. Would definitely recommend to friends and visit again.
