Wonderful clinic- wonderful staff and vets. I am so grateful that my dog walker referred me to this clinic after I had horrible experiences at other offices. My dog has been seen by both Dr. Gidda and Dr. Sparkman, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the care he's received from both of them. He is a good dog but has never liked going to the vet- they are both understanding of this and very patient with him. They always take the time to answer all the questions I have. I feel that my pet and I are valued clients at Centre Street Vet Clinic. Fair prices, no up selling, outstanding treatment, and we are always greeted with a smile and hello when we walk through the door. Skilled and knowledgable staff. I've always been able to schedule appointments with ease. I would highly recommended this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!

I made an appointment for my Yorkie to get a rabies shot. After speaking with Dr. Gidda, I agreed to get a kennel cough shot too. So I was surprised when he gave her three vaccinations - two that I was expecting, and a third (DHPP) that he didn't mention before administering (my dog had received a 3-year dose of DHPP one year earlier, which was clearly stated on the paperwork I showed him). He explained that it was routine to give a DHPP vaccination every year and dismissed the note on the paperwork from my previous vet stating that it didn't need to be administered until 2019. Dr. Gidda pointed out that my dog's nails needed to be trimmed, but he didn't want her to "not like him" so he balked at trimming her nails himself. He also mentioned that her anal glands needed to be expressed, but did nothing. As a new client, I was dismayed to see such a lack of communication (administering a vaccine without my knowledge or consent, and then becoming indignant when I showed him the paperwork saying that my dog didn't need it for another 2 years). I understand that every vet has their own protocol, but this should be explained to customers before they go ahead and administer vaccines without discussing it first. If a dog's nails need to be trimmed, trim them. If a dog's anal glands need to be expressed, do it. Don't just point things out then send a customer on their way. He spent more time talking about his own dog's gallstones than he did taking care of my dog. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism and would encourage people to go elsewhere. We won't be back. Front desk staff was friendly though.

I want to thank the staff at Centre Street Veterinary Clinic for their caring and support during my recent visit. They treated our 18 year old dog Chloe as if she was their own and like they had known her for her whole life when in fact it was my first visit to the clinic. Dr. Katherine Sparkman and her assistants were so kind, caring, gentle and supportive in what was a very sad day for our family and our Chloe who we loved dearly. Thank you so much for your sympathy and support and in making this sad day as peaceful as possible.

Worst vet EVER don't bring your pets here. They are incompetent and are only in it for the money. Took my kitten to get fixed here and she hasn't been the same ever since. Full of allergies and scared of everything she won't even cuddle with us anymore. She was perfectly normally and cuddly before she went in. I also took my dog here and she HATED the young vet I've NEVER seen her act the way she did with him as she generally loves all people. He came across incredibly fake and had no clue what he was doing.

After reading the good reviews that Dr. Gidda came highly recommended - I decided to take my 19 yo cat Obie in to see him due to weight loss, a general check-up and a lump on his leg. First impression is that it is a very small, well kept office and the front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait very long (about 20 mins) to see Dr. Gidda. Dr. Gidda did a general exam (eyes, ears, teeth) and listened closely to my concerns. He took his time and gave his honest opinions and treatment option - and most importantly didn't try to "upsell" me on unnecessary procedures. The overall cost was *very* reasonable (and, in fact, I got a discount as a first-time patient!). After being ripped off by vets in the past, it was very refreshing to encounter an honest, reasonable vet. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone concerned about their pets health, and pocketbook!

I brought my Daschund here because she was having trouble walking and was injured. The vet did a physical body scan and sent us home with 3days worth of pain killers. They told me to come back in 3 days if she was not better. It cost $78 and my dog was better after 3 days. I was happy because they did not give her an x ray only to find out nothing was broken. While we were there they pointed out that her teeth were in bad shape. They showed me where they were abscessed. I am grateful for that and will be going back to get them fixed.

Brought my cat here as they quoted me a good price to get her fixed. The end result was nearly double the quoted price and i still don't understand why. The people here are really nice tho.

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Gidda at Centre Street Vet for over 15 years now. He's an exceptional vet, who truly cares for the animals he treats. The support staff are always professional & compassionate. I highly recommend Centre Street Vet.

Wonderful, personable small clinic with exceptional staff. Always compassionate and caring, and my dog is actually excited to go into the clinic! I have always had great experiences and will continue to use their services. Absolutely worth the drive!

They were so kind when I had to bring in my sweet rabbit Hank, who had passed away. I'm picking him up tonight - his ashes. Wonderful place, thank you.

They were very nice and comforting. They did a great job on my cat's spay and they made sure I knew everything I needed to do for aftercare.
