We have recently made the switch to Airdrie Animal Health Centre and it has been wonderful! Dr. Mount is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient with our pup and takes the time to answer all of our questions! Would 100% recommend this place!

Wonderful and caring staff. We had to put our cat down this year and the staff were so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. A few days later in the mail, we even received a sympathy card signed by all the staff. We still have the card displayed in our living room. We still have one cat with us and he gets treated like royalty always at all of his annual check-ups.

Called to book our pets in for booster shots teeth cleaning and a checkup. The prices they quoted are twice as high as the country vet we are used to. In almost all cases it would be way less expensive to just drive to a country vet that offers fair prices and isn't booked to capacity. Very disappointed, would only use them for emergencies.

I have been going to the Airdrie Animal Health Centre for 5 years now and the doctors and staff there are beyond amazing. I have three dogs and two cats and they all see Dr Cristani. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Cristani. She is very caring and when my pets come in to see her she is very thorough and goes above and beyond to help my all boys. Her staff as far as I am concerned are second to none. I go there quite a bit to see them, between appointments and picking up food, and they are always courteous and very helpful. I actually enjoy going in for my almost weekly food pick ups. Thank you so much to everyone at the Airdrie Animal Health Centre for taking such good care of my boys. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet.

Every time I have been here it has been an incredible experience for myself and my pooches. All the staff there truly care for all animals. The doctors are all extremely knowledgeable and are SO kind.
The doctors I have had all approach my dogs with love and treats! They are gentle with them and really care for the well being. I referred a few other people and they too will not go anywhere else!

Airdrie Animal Health Centre employs some truly compassionate nice people. I had to put my sweet dear kitty to sleep today and not only were they able to fit us into their busy schedule but allowed me all the time I needed with my kitty to say goodbye. They have a beautiful private room for this with a private exit to make a horrible situation a little better. Dr Laura McKenny is the nicest most compassionate person and obviously loves animals because she took great care of us. I know my pets are in great hands with them. Thank you to all at AAHC.

The staff at the AAHC are A++. We were looking for a new vet after moving to Calgary from Ontario and found this clinic based on Google reviews. They have a special cat entrance separate from the dog entrance and the cat area has pheromones to keep them calm. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming and Dr. Jeremy Mount is the Cat Whisperer - very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all tests/procedures/treatment thoroughly.
Also, I read through the 1-star review - don't let that reflect on this clinic or its staff; no reputable health centre will ever quote prices for procedures without assessing your pet first - any vet/tech who does is irresponsible at best and dangerous at worst. And just as a sidenote their prices are significantly more accessible than clinics in Ontario (for example $750 here for a procedure that I was quoted $1250 for in Ontario).
If you're looking for a clinic where your pet will be treated like one of their own with incredible comfort and care you've found the place - if you're looking for a bargain bin discount keep looking, and maybe rehome your pet in the process.

Last Friday we had to put down our beloved pet dog. I've never had to do this before and I'm so glad I went here. They were so understanding and compassionate their bedside maners were more then exceptional. We had our own privite room and nothing was rushed. Thank you to all the staff and the Doctor who helped us threw that difficult time.
