The staff are great and very knowledgeable. They help you in any shape or form in regards to your garden or techniques for how to take care of your plants. Very well priced products and would recommend anybody that's looking for an improvement for their yard or home garden.

GREAT selection of plants (best selection of tropicals & subtropicals, bar none!). Prices seem bit high on some plants but reasonable on others. All the plants I've bought from CR are healthy & growing well. Not to complain, but pretty well every time I go there I leave happy with a new plant but thinking to myself "gee, those cashiers could be a little friendlier." One downside is their return policy is very strict for tropicals: no refunds/exchanges, period. As in, if you purchase a plant and bring it home only to find out it's not quite the right size/fit for where you wanted it, you can't bring it back, even if you purchased it earlier that day. I kinda understand this as most people don't know what they're doing and kill their indoor plants, but they could perhaps make this policy a little more reasonable (7 days or something like that).

Absolutely horrible customer service. Although they have great selection and beautiful plants, their customer service / return policy is horrible.
I was looking for an evergreen magnolia tree to put in my front yard and asked them for a "small" cultivar, stating specifically that I didn't want something bigger than 20 feet high by 10 feet wide. They recommended one called "claudia wannamaker". Their label even indicated that it would only get to 15-20 feet high by 10 feet wide.
In hindsight, I should have Googled it while there, but trusted them. After spending over 400 bucks after tax, and paying to get it home, I found out that it was expected to grow to over 60 feet x 60 feet and that the stated size on the label was the 10-year size. Although they accepted the tree back (which I had to pay to bring back to the store), Cory, their staff member refused to refund my money and instead insisted on giving me a 'store credit' -- that too with restrictions on it, and an expiry date!!
I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. If you're looking for good selection and are willing to spend top dollar, feel free to shop here at your own risk. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs!response / report this review -

Great selection of plants, trees and outdoor decor (water features, adirondack chairs, etc) and helpful knowledgeable staff. High quality comes with higher prices as well.
