All the good stuff you hear about this place is true. I just picked up my car from there and had the struts and shocks replaced..runs like brand new. Super smooth and brake performance has improved as well. Jameson and Darryl were really helpful and addressed all of my concerns as well as helping me with my extended warranty claim. Great customer service, thank you!

I've been taking my vehicles here for numerous years, and the service and quality of work has always been outstanding!
Once again, Dale's was terrific. Ordered new wheels and tires from Dale's and couldn't be happier. Jameson was knowledgeable and informative and Jeff dialed in the alignment which actually improved the handling over my stock setup. Thanks again!response / report this review -

Had a frustrating issue that the Pro’s at Dale’s figured out right away and had me back rolling within the day.
Best mechanical shop I have ever been to. No joke.
Very professional approach and great updates on progress with video’s. Seriously who else does that.

A friend of mine recommended Dale's to me when I moved to Langley back in 2017, and I've been using them ever since. They've done quite a bit of work to my 05' Ram over the last couple years. Their quality of work is top notch, the guys are absolutely fantastic, and they'll have you back on the road in no time. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Awesome service from them. I'm super happy. I ordered 2 parts, and they gave me a call when I was paying and explained the shipping differences and it was nice to have that information. A few days later they were great enough to call, explain the shipping situation delay of the one part I ordered and said they would ship the other out anyway and cover the difference when the first one got to them.

Great group of guys! The work done here is awesome. I did a couple thousand dollars in modifications to my Ford at this shop and was very pleased with the work done. Great place to get good service and quality care of your automobile.

I recently required a wheel alignment on my Mercedes-Benz SUV. my local MB dealer suggested I take it to Dale's Auto Service. This was my first time taking a vehicle to Dale's. I was able to book a convenient appointment and as I would have to wait for the vehicle, they were able to complete the work promptly. The vehicle drives fine so it seems they did a good job. I will definitely go to them again.

I'm someone who when he has the time will do as much work on my own vehicles as I can. I'm very picky about who I allow to touch them. Over the past 10 years Dales has become my go to shop. Whether it's for a
stock family vehicle or heavily modified 4x4 pick up they have earned that. Multiple employees have gone above and beyond for me during that time to make sure things are done right and then some. Have I ever had an issue with any work over the last decade? Of course. No one is perfect. However that has been where they have earned my loyalty the most in fixing those problems and making me happy. I recommend them to anyone looking to give a new shop a chance. Great place for ALL makes and models !.. I have an old beetle And for years I hesitated to take it to an alignment shop because not many people know old cars, heard about Dales and they knew everything and more than I ever did about my old car and took care of my baby! I have OCD and my car came back perfect! Drives straight as an arrow, so glad I went there I recommended this place to other old car owners and new car owners and they all had the same experience which is the best! Jason and Jamison are great to deal with!!

After 2 years I finally decided to have my RAV4 suspension (struts, shocks, lower arm) replaced. They gave me the same price quote as it was 2 years before which is already a great price. 2 weeks of using my car, I can feel the difference, it is much better than before. Thank you Dales Team.

Huge thanks goes to the entire staff. Went in with an appointment I made a few days earlier for my brakes. Mechanic and the advisers showed genuine interest in my problems, diagnosed with a quick inspection& test drive and were able to fix it with parts from their excellent suppliers. Did not try to up-sell one little bit. Despite not having the most higher end vehicle, good service made a huge difference and I'm having a blast driving my car again! They clearly like what they're doing and everybody there is proud of their own work. Will definitely recommend to close friends.

Many thanks to Darryl Trentini & all the staff for a job well done. Took my 1991 Dodge D250 in for new ball joints, front coil springs, shocks & wheel alignment. Rides like a new truck now. Best surprise was my final bill came in at $120.00 lower than the original quote !! Darryl & his staff have a wealth of knowledge & expertise - Second to none. Can easily see now why customers travel from far & wide to get serviced here. Free courtesy cars also. Highly recommend Dale's for their honesty, superior customer service & Top Quality repairs.

We have been going to Dale's for many years now and they continue to impress and deliver exactly what they promise.
From my Dodge Diesel to my wife's family hauler to my weekend toys they are always spot on and notice the things other shops seem to miss.
I also love the fact they give me options on what repairs to make and the quality of the repair/upgrade.
