  EXPOSED - it’s a very deceiving process. A big smoke and mirrors show. Take notes on what is said to you so that when it’s contradicted later you’ll have something to refer to. They work on assignment deals. They promise you a price and try to sell your home. Google “real estate assignment deals”. When they can’t find a buyer, they will find a reason that the deal is too “risky” to justify a low ball offer looking for desperate people to cash in on. In the end for us, we were lied to numerous times about delays. We were told the paperwork was with their lawyer for a week. Then the deal ended with Luc Boiron (the owner of the company) having a childish rant because he spent “several” hours on a Sunday away from his daughter when we were not on the same page with their terms they were trying to force on us. The paperwork was already supposed to be done and with a lawyer at this point. Maybe they buy houses, maybe they don’t. They have some ok Google reviews that are suspiciously constructed to deliver a message of comfort to the reader but I have no proof they are fake. My experience was not positive with this company. They make it seem like they are some big authority in real estate. Luc tried comparing himself to the CEO of BMO in a text shared by his salesman (alleged COO of the company). I don’t know about any other deals but our experience was that this is a very slick and deceiving sales process that leads you down a path of buying one’s house for as little as possible. Try to see past it and get legal advice before doing any deals.

  We were thinking about possibly selling and had spoken with various realtors and different companies that offer the cash for your house. A bad experience with one of the companies made us a bit hesitant about the idea. In doing some research I found out about Cash House Buyers. In looking into the reviews and talking with them it looked to be a great way to go.
  Parker was great with us from the start
  The whole team was very supportive and encouraging. They were available for any questions that we had and worked with us through the whole process. Any questions or times of stress they were there to help us and answer any questions that we had.
  We would definitely recommend the team for a very positive and exciting moving experience.

  My experience has been very smooth and stress free. Meaghan helped to start the process, asked me so questions and asked what I wanted to sell it for. From there I received a phone call from Jackie, and she arranged a visit with an agent.

  Cash House Buyer is truly the people you want to contact to sell your home. When my husband told me he had contacted cash buyers, I actually laughed. The first two companies could not even bother to come out and see the place. The first company did not even see pictures. The second company did, but only after we said we should send them, but never asked for them. Both companies low balled us and in fact were very insulting. From the first contact with Cash House Buyer it was the real deal. They immediately sent someone out and we sold our home very fast. We were not in a position where we were behind on mortgage, taxes etc. but other things in our life caused us to need a quick solution and we found it in Cash House Buyer. They never tried to take advantage of us and worked with us to find the win/win we needed.
  
  I want to thank the whole team. Ken, you went above and beyond for us and were the rock that kept the stressful situation everyone feels when selling their home to a bare minimum. Always available and always ready to ease any worry. Madison, you are beautiful inside and out. You made this not only easy but fun.

  We had a very good first meeting with Parker. He made us feel comfortable with the process and worked with us to come up with a solution that we could both accept. This process may not be for everyone bit it worked for us and I would recommend them.
