I wanted to post really bad review initially being upset with the defective LED fixture. However store manager managed to resolve this situation in proper manner. Selection in the store is really good though.

My wife and I were sent to Carthwright to get lightening for our house. Paid up front for all our fixtures and then find out at time of possession half the fixtures we ordered are on back order. 2 months later we are still waiting for half our fixtures to come in.

Great service from Amber. She was knowledgeable and had great style advice. The store has a wide selection of fixtures and decorating accessories, ranging in price from under $100 to in the $1000's. The fixture I chose had to be ordered in but most are in stock.

We purchased a ceiling fixture and encountered a few minor problems having it installed on a very high ceiling. After the fact I returned to the store and Brian - the Manager I believe - who had processed our purchase a week earlier dealt with our concerns promptly and in a very friendly manner. We were happy with the original purchase experience and very pleased with the after-purchase customer service. We would recommend Cartwright Lighting without reservation.

nice selection (for display only) and the staff is really friendly and very helpful in telling you that 90% of the products they have need 6 weeks for delivery !!!.so I have no idea why do I need to go to a shop which stocks nothing where I can just order it online and save myself the trip.

I have dealt with Cartwright Lighting on many occasions and have found them to be professional knowledgable and friendly. They have made recommendations for spaces in my home that have been outside of what I would have considered. Their recommendation worked great!

Called in looking to speak with Cindy and the woman who answered the phone tried to take over the call but was not able to help me. Then when she couldn't help me as her department was the shipping department not sales she kept almost yelling at me in an incridbley rude tone that it wasn't her department and she would have to take a message. Not sure why she would try to take the call if she can't do anything other than the shipping department. Only good thing was Cindy who did return my call and help me.

I have purchased lighting and ceiling fans through Cartwright lighting several times. I always have the most amazing service, have all my questions answered and receive all of my products quickly and without hassle! I would 100% recommend them if you are looking to buy new lights!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about anything lighting! They were able to save me a bunch of money by painting and rewiring existing lights from my house. Have and will continue to recommend Cartwright to anyone I know.
