Not very clean place. Kinda old and run down. Food wasn't the greatest. I ordered the beef Kaiser which looked awesome. I got very thinly shaved beef. Not a great first experience with Swiss chalet!

Saturday was a good day. Last time we stood at the front desk waiting to be seated with no sign of life so we walked out. So it's been months since the last time. This time we were seated right away. Food is cheap and generally good and consistent . Service was excellent from one special server. Try to order your meal when asked for drink order. This really speeds things up.

I'll start by saying that I have been to this location many times in the past over 30 at least. Its has really gone down hill in the last year or so. The staff is very unprofessional and seem to not care about the level of service they provide. The one thing it had going for it was it had good food at a reasonable price, now this also seems to have taken a turn for the worse. The 1/2 chicken that I orders last night was way way to salty, I mean it tasted like it was drenched in sult. when I brought this to the waitress attention she said it must be me because they didn't change anything. If fact both her and her manager were quite snooty. well I'll take my loyal business elsewhere.

My first and last experience wasn't so great dining inside. We had to wait awhile for food, which was okay. Service wasn't too great though. Seems they only had one waitress for everyone in the restaurant. They completely forgot about a couple on the opposite side of the restaurant, the gentleman had to actually get up and ask for a waitress has they've been waiting for awhile. We ended up getting donut desert .. which was actually burnt. Not sure how you manage to burn donuts, but good job on that.

Get fast food without it being fast food.the chicken, ribs, and beef are all really good at an affordable price. One of my favourite places to eat.

The food was great tonight, 1/4 chicken dinners. Tonight I added a strawberry cheese cake dinner. It tasted great. The service for a Monday night, 6 pm to 7:30 was very good. We were met at the door and treated very well.

I had the chicken and shrimp. Chicken was undercooked. Shrimp was good. My boyfriend had some rotisserie beef with fries and veggies. Fries were incredibly bland. Overall experience is meh.

Food is usual Swiss Chalet fare. We've been here several times before with good service. Seems today was out of the ordinary as we never got attention from our server between having our food delivered and having the bill delivered.

I love Swiss Chalet this was not my favorite one fries were stale service was sub-par won't revisit this one

I would rate 0/5 worst experience I had ever. The store is completely filled with arrogant staff. We have ordered for a fierry chicken and spicy fries they just bought a normal chicken and fries and when we have asked regarding the change they simply ignored us and said the kitchen staff has forgot to make the order right and even dint offer us to change them. They simply left us with those worst dishes. Worst experience ever
