I can honestly say that Kavia jewellers are the best in the rockies, I had to give them the wedding band my mother had left me and it was only worth about $200, yet because of their awesome attitude and workmanship they found a way to allow me to buy a $500 ring without any hassle and they even loaned me a ring until that one was ready.
Now, my beautiful fiancée and I are as happy as we can be!!! I definetely recommend anyone looking to purchase some amazing jewellery to look into Kavia jewellers in canmore!response / report this review -

Ring was sized too big.
Price was changed after it was quoted (higher upon pick up).

Great customer service. I brought in my wedding band that had been sawed off at the hospital (gotten stuck on swollen finger when pregnant). Mahesh was able to salvage my band and solders my engagement ring and wedding band and returned to me in just 2 days! If any girls find their ring is stuck and can't be removed take it to Mahesh and he can remove it for you safely without ruining your ring!

My watch wasn't size properly at Freya's Jewellery in Banff. My pin kept breaking in the same spot and Freya's would charge $10 to replace. Freya's didn't know about a micro adjustment on the strap.
Canmore Jewellers replaced my pin after 3 failed attempts at Freya's and showed me the micro adjustment and it's been 2 years and the pin hasn't broken. AND Canmore Jewellers didn't charge me a thing. This is service!!response / report this review
