Good place to find so many interesting things, I just wanna know what is your customer service,all of the girls are very kind,but there is a old Asian lady I think she did not know how to do customer service well,I was waiting for her about 10 minutes,because she need to know the SN number for the products,and she said nothing,it is ok,and she broken my gift's box,that's very rude,I just do not know can she be soft on her hand,must be bad review!!!

Oh. My. Gosh. Absolutely the best Christmas store I’ve ever seen. An incredible selection of ornaments, village pieces (and many collections of them), and other decorations. On top of that, the neurotic person in me was incredibly impressed with the layout and organization of the sections. It was very easy to navigate throughout the store, and all of the sections made sense. Combine this with the Christmas music and I, a Christmas enthusiast, was very happy. Overall, an absolutely incredible experience. I look forward to shopping again in the future!

This place is the best place for the holidays.
They have all styles of ornaments and decorations for the holidays and for any kind of celebration.
My fiance and I came here and picked up an engagement ornament for our tree after I proposed in Banff, and it will always be one of my favorite ornaments to put up each Christmas.response / report this review -

The folks at the Spirit of Christmas went above and beyond in customer service for my wife and I and our Christmas surprise.
This past summer my wife and I were in Banff and had determined that we were going to surprise our families with Ornaments that said "Grandpa 2017" "Grandma 2017" "Uncle 2017" "Aunt 2017" etc. They were beautiful and we headed home thrilled with the job Kayla had done.
In the midst of our travelling home one of the ornaments broke and we were devastated that one family member would be without one Christmas day.
We contacted the store to explain our situation and they offered to replace the ornament at no charge. Plus they shipped it to our home for free and even sent a duplicate just in case.
And while this may seem like good customer service, this is where it becomes great. They managed to get a hold of Kayla who had finished up for the summer as she goes to University and she came in on her way to the airport and personalized another ball for us complete with the snowflakes.
Who does this?!? Spirit of Christmas in Banff is who!
They have gained a lifetime customer and we have shared this story with many people. Also, they allowed our Christmas surprise to be realised, and for that we are forever grateful.response / report this review -

This store does not have the "Spririt of Christmas" at least one of the employees anyway. An older, short dark haired gentleman named Mass (sp?). He actually yelled at my kids for playing with the display model christmas toys on the stairs that sing when you push the button - come on man they are display models!!. I couldn't believe it. I went back and complained and they apologized for his behaviour but too late the damage is done. I will not be returning and will be sure to let my whole family and friends know. Quite sad actually.

Great staff that were super helpful. The store also had a to of stock and we ended up finding more than we thought we would.

Hello, I just have to write and say that I called your store today and Sydney was so very helpful. I was in your store last week and found two items that I liked very much however left without purchasing. When I got home (of course) I decided that I wanted those two items. I called the store, spoke to Sydney and after I described the items, she found both for me. She said that when Jaimi comes back to work that the items will be on their way to me. Love your store but love your staff more. Thank you again Sydney for your help. It is so very much appreciated.
