I went into the store to purchase some supplies. Lady Owner of Bow Vally Basics refused to serve me and on top of that, the owner even said "we do not want your business, please leave" Being a local resident for past two years, I thought when I heard about this happening to someone else in the area, that they where joking. Well guess what. The Owner wants less customers, I will ensure that this happens

They will not accept credit card payments over the phone Ludicrous ! So easily checked to make sure that the credit card is good at the time of payment seems like they can't be bothered to do that for the convenience of their customers, especially from out of town ! Not impressed with their customer service and as I informed them , we shall be taking our business eleswhere !

I went there to print one page (.pdf document). They wanted to charge 2,50 CAD to use their Computer to do that even if there was the possibility that the Computer may not be able to identify our hard disc. As I mentioned these concerns to the employee she told us in a very rude manner that she won't discuss the charge fee with us. The employee made me feel very unwelcome in that store. I won't ever go there again. Bad customer service.

Anyway, if you want to print a electronical document I can recommend to go to the library at elevation place Canmore. Using the Computer is for free and they charge 25 cents for each printed page (black and white). If you bring your own paper you can print for free.

Just printed three copies of a one-page document for $2.8. I emailed them my document and they charged me $2.5 for using a computer; one of their staff members used one of their own computers. And they argued that it is how it is done. Lol How stupid they are! There is no other way to print an electronic document without using a computer or other machine, so they are basically a scam when they say that printing one page is 10 cents. Even if you come with a flash drive they would also charge you $2.5 because they would use a computer. Two dollars is not a big deal, but it is just another example of a ridiculous business in Canmore that overcharges for nothing because there are no other places with the same services. I haven't seen it anywhere in my life! Don't go there, if you have other options
