No returns without a reciept thanks to new managment as quoted by customer service rep.

Was suggested to try another store to exchange a defective product.

Asked the employees if they could help me reach something on the top shelf. One lad, and assumedly some sort of management (judging by his adversion to actually doing work) tell me "no." alright, bye.

    Tldr; poor customer service.

Nice selection of guns and ammo for decent prices.
    Costumer service usually pretty good.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't assist with a defective product that is exclusive to Canadian Tire. After going through the telephone customer service number they provided, we needed a transaction report from the store we purchased it from. Customer service (phone) ensured it was as simple as going to the store and requesting it. At the store, a rude service rep wouldn't assist us and the manager wouldn't back their own product. Reaffirms why we refused to shop there in the past.

I bought a bicycle for my wife from the Canadian tire for $230 brought it home that afternoon, after riding it around the neighbourhood she didn't like the ride. I return it the next day for refund I was told that once the bike leave the store it can not be refund or exchange. My question is to the customer service is how do I know if I like the ride if you don't let me try the bike out? She told me that the chance you take and we don't take it back it a used bike and if somethings wrong with it bring it back I think she say Tuesday for repair. Canadian Tire bike return policy suck people need to be told this or sign need to be posted around the bike rack.
