Always a great experience with the gentlemen at this business. I have now purchased 2 cars and am working on buying a third.

George and Munzi have been awesome to deal with, no pressure sales tactics or bs. They hand me the keys, give me the info I’m asking for and send me on my way. Even remembering me years later by name.

Finance rates were exactly what I was looking for and they bent over backwards to get me the terms that I needed.

If you’re going to buy a car I suggest starting here, they carry quality stock at a good price and are completely forthcoming when it comes to history.

These guys suck! I Was interested in two trucks they had for sale, both times they claimed they would get back to me on a deal for my trade in. Both times they failed to do so. Waited around for a few days on a reply.
If you want a good honest deal with real sales people, go to a actual reputable dealership with good customer service.
These guys would take advantage of anyone they could, I can tell by the customer service they do not care about clients!

This place is a jok with 0 customer service. Anyone going to this crappie place do ur research before wasting your precious time.
I am a professional hard working person With good credit. First of all Gorge "the Manger" with 0 professionalism filling my application focusing on the monthly payment, rather than the overall cost of the car, he wouldn't even ask me how many years I wanted the terms to be. He told me he would call me the next day which he didn't so I called in after 2 days telling me the bank approved me conditionally only if I provide them with my pay stubs which I did. And they haven't returned my calls yet When they know they don't benefit $$ from you so they come up with different excuses. Buddy There's more better dealers out there.

Found the car I was looking for at Calgary Auto Connection so I went over to check it out.

When I got to the lot I found my car and inspected it for quite some time and then went inside to discuss the car a bit. I was immediately offered a test drive and handed the keys. I was also allowed to take the car out alone which was especially nice.

When I returned we discussed an error message in the car which they agreed to rectify at no extra cost.

It was difficult to negotiate a better price, however the car was already an exceptional value at asking price (which I'm sure they knew, and of course was the reason I went there in the first place) so I didn't mind settling on the price we agreed to. All their cars, from what I can tell - are a good value.

They even arranged to have the car delivered to me, with the repair complete and car detailed 1.5 hours away from their lot.

Personally, I don't like to be approached and nagged when shopping for anything, including cars, so Auto Connection's relaxed, no pressure attitude about everything made this experience top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
