  Mehhhhhhh, got a car, but you need to read the fine print. The car itself was fine, and the service was prompt and courteous.
  
  Return early? No refunds! Book for a week, pay for a week. Also, they may not give the car to you totally full of fuel. This place is basically what it says it is, but don't assume they will cut you slack if your needs change.
  
  If I used them again, which I wouldn't rule out doing, I would go daily unless I was totally sure I needed a week.

  My fiancé and I were looking for a car to rent to explore Jasper and Banff National Park for 10 days. We looked for a rental agency off the airport as the taxes from an airport can be tremendous. Another requirement were winter tires for the unsteady conditions in the Rockies. We found Rent-A-Wreck and its owner Bill. Per mail and call we booked a midsize car (Kia Forte) for 10 days incl. Collision Damage Waver (25 bucks per day) and an additional driver for 10 bucks per day for a total of 707 bucks. The winter tires were for free. Most rentals charge you about 10 bucks per day. Just make sure you order them with your booking and if they are available they will put it on for you. Getting there by public transport included a 10 min walk the last meters but it´s doable. The car itself didn´t let us down for the whole trip. There was a small misunderstanding before we returned the car. When we booked we said we would return it before 2pm. When we realized in the morning of the return day that we probably wouldn´t make it till 2 my fiancé called Bill and asked what happens if we are too late. His answer was that it will cost an additional 12 bucks for every 30 min. So we tried our best to make it in time and arrived just a few min before 2. After we have arrived Bill told us that we could have rented it till the next day 10 in the morning because we already paid for this day. So we jumped in the car again and brought our luggage to our accommodation and returned. Bill was so nice to give us a ride back to our accommodation for free. So make sure that you know how long you can have the car. All in all we highly recommend renting a car at Bill´s Rent-A-Wreck.

  Such great value and all very smooth! Granted it may not be the easiest of places in the city to get to, but myself and my boyfriend managed it easy enough by bus and we saved so much money going through Rent a Wreck. We rented a midsize SUV which was perfect for our trip into the mountains, a very nice clean car with heaps of space. I thoroughly recommend Rent a Wreck, they are very accommodating and dropped us off at YYC airport after we returned the car to them which was very kind!

  We rented a Ford Escape 2012 from Bill and we had a very good experience with him. The owner is very professional, polite and kind. The pick up and drop off at the Calgary Airport went smoothly and quickly and the price for the two week rental was absolutely unbeatable. He upgraded us to a bigger size vehicle at no extra cost. I can totally recommend the company and would definitely choose him again.

  What a wonderful experience it has been! Thank you Bill for a great car and extraordinary customer service. Bill picked me up in the airport and drove to his rental location. Also I got a great deal compare to regular rentals! I'll use this service again and refer more business to my friends. :)
