In July 2017, we purchased a 2015 Acura MDX. Our salesman was George, who was very helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The sales manager, Patrick was excellent to deal with as well. Our experience with George and Patrick was very positive and I would definitely purchase from them in the future. The service department at Silverhill provides the best customer service and workmanship I've ever had from a dealership. My service advisor Pat is always keen to make sure my needs are met. Their shuttle service is convenient and when I've had to have a loaner car they've made it easy for me. I highly recommend Silverhill.

I've bought a few Acura's from Silverhill. Sales experience is positive, Abdul knows his products and is professional. The service department is fantastic, they are always honest and take care of you. I deal with Pat and he understands customer service. If you ever need parts Nelson has been fantastic to deal with. Always great service. They get the car in the few times we've had an issue that required immediate assistance. Friendly staff and a nice environment. The vehicles are awesome but most makes and models are built to last these days. The service at silverhill sets the apart from most other dealers. When buying a vehicle, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff I dealt with a silver hill Acura were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me a very good price on my trade in and work with my on the price of the new vehicle so I could stay in my budget. WOW! I work in the Auto Industry and have never seen a Manager go above and beyond the way Patrick Li has! I purchased a car from him last week and I am blown away with the experience so far! Dealing with Patrick was great from the start! He is honest, upfront and makes the car buying experience actually fun again! Larry in Finance made my experience there amazing too! No stress and he got me a great rate as well as answered all my questions! When picking up my vehicle I totally forgot to bring my plate! I had an amazing experience, from my service advisor Patrick Tan to the gentleman who picked me up in the shuttle. Patrick was the best advisor of any dealership I have ever encountered. Because of him especially I will be a Honda/Acura advocate for a long time and would very easily make my next vehicle a Honda or Acura.
