  The overall experience was very positive. I called the store yesterday morning, and their staff confirmed that the service that I wanted was available at their store.
  
  When I dropped into the store an hour later, I was attended to promptly with no wait time. The staff who assisted me (Ms.Marylin Salnek) was very professional and helpful.
  
  I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

  Called CAA 4 times that I'm full term pregnant and in need of towing. Every time I call asking for an update, they say the dispatch will be there in half an hour. It's been 3 hours and I'm still stuck on the road!!!!!

  Went in looking for a travel power adaptor for Israel. Staff was not knowledgable about the appropriate adaptor and sent me home empty handed. Waste of time. I do enjoy the discounted movie tickets though.

  I just made my international drive permit. Very pleasant and quick service!The lady(I wish I got her name) was very kind and makes everything easy on me especially when you have two years old child with me. Thank you!

  Great store - my personal favorite are the discounted Cineplex movie vouchers you get as a CAA member (under $10 for an adult movie admit one).

  been a member for 20 years, never had a problem whether I needed a boost or a tow. never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. best money I ever spent.
