So friendly and helpful, went in to get a tick removed from my doggy, took less than 5 minutes. Very professional and convenient given their 24hr opening!

The vets always take the time to examine my dog and explain everything. The girls at the front are very nice.
They really understand how important a pet is for those that visit the hospital.
A little bit more expensive than other places but it's worth it.
    I'm very satisfied!

Our little girl was quite ill and we had made plans to put her down at our own vet on Thursday. On Tuesday night, it was clear she was so uncomfortable and in pain and given our own vet was not open, we made the decision to bring her into Clarkson so she wouldn't suffer. They took us right in, were incredibly respectful and kind, and made this very heartbreaking situation a little easier to bear. It is so appreciated.

    Hello all,
I have been to literally to 10 vets over the last 2 weeks with my sick dog. This place is very busy and they try very hard to help everybody and not to rush anybody,You may have to wait a little, but is is very well worth it. Kate-vet tech is extremely professional. I gave her a hard time when I came in(totally stressed), but she gave my dog the best care ever.
Thank you so much Kate. You literally saved my family's life. Dr. Mudrick saved my dogs life last year by simply carefully listening and taking the time to properly diagnose. In a sea of heartless and brutal vets in the GTA, this place is a bright ray of hope.

Updated: new visit last week and we met the greatest vet in the GTA. Dr. Alexander. Make sure you go to her. She has a heart of gold, very empathetic and understanding; in addition-great professional.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, doctor A.

Terrible experience. Was charged for a urine sample which was "lost" on the way to the lab. The vet clinic did not bother to contact us regarding this!! And the vet gave my dog the wrong medicine and told us it wouldn't harm him, Then another vet gave us another dogs tests results and told us we have to come back to do another sample. Will not be taking my dog back to this vet clinic. Extremely unprofessional Vets who clearly do not take their jobs seriously. Don't bother taking your pets here, there are way better vet clinics who actually love their jobs and do their jobs properly!!

I brought my 2 dogs in to this clinic recently for their vaccines and was very pleased with the service and plan for them. My dogs are very stressed at vet clinics as they obviously don't like being there (who would right?). Dr. Mudrick was the vet I saw and he used the word "reactive" to describe my dogs which I really liked - he didn't judge my dogs behaviour or think that they were bad dogs. He suggested a plan to reschedule the appointment and have them take some calming pills before coming in as it works really well for other anxious patients. Its one of the things this clinic does that I haven't seen many others do - they don't believe in grabbing animals roughly or holding them down to get things done (or skipping a proper exam and just giving the shots). It might take more time for them (and for me) to reschedule the appointment but it was important for them to know my dogs were happier and not as scared coming in. I really appreciated that. Vet was super nice and the reception staff was friendly and organized.

My dogs were way calmer after taking the medication (cost about $20 and was very worth it!) and the vaccine appointment went smoother than I've ever seen. I will follow this plan every time I need to take them back, and was told the hope was that as they start having better experiences we might not need to use the medications in the future! Yay

I just got my puppy two weeks ago and I really wanted him to have a good experience so he doesn't "hate going to the vet". I did my research and thought this would be a good place. It is a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it. The vet took her time to explain everything to me (current and future vaccines needed) as well as does and don'ts with puppies, which as a first time owner I appreciated it. My puppy is a very happy boy and he was perfect after he came out. No bad effects on the vaccine either and they also did his nails for me at no charge and gave me a bag of food. Overall, this will be our new vet! Staff is very friendly and really likes dogs.

Awesome place. 24 hours. They are always there. They are so friendly and helpful and care for the pet. Some vets are better than others but we haven't had a bad experience. They don't use high pressure and explain all your options.

My dog had a bone in her stomach and she started to bloat at 2 in the morning. We went there and after examinations, they gave her some calming medication which ultimately helped her in the end. Absolutely very grateful that they were able to help at such an early time but the cost of the examination and the bottle of pills (that costs about 20$ ) was over 600$. This included an x-ray and physical examination. My dog needed just the medication to calm down a bit since she was getting worried. The other tests were just to make sure but still a very expensive treatment.

Last night, our beautiful black Lab Angel appeared to be in distress, so a dear animal loving friend of mine suggested they heard many glowing reports from pet owners about the deep compassion and care shown at Clarkson Village Animal Hospital. I called just after 9:00 pm on Sunday evening of the holiday weekend and was told to bring our dog in.
Within minutes of arriving Dr. Mudrick and his assistant looked Angel over and with love and skill showed us with tests her prognosis. We had to let her go to the god of all that's pure and unconditionally loving. My wife and I were sobbing over our Angel and inconsolable, however this team of genuine godsends cradled us as we let her go in our arms. Remuneration is next to nothing to this hospital. I can never express our gratitude enough to these kind spirits who tried to comfort us as best they could in our time of grave despondency. I can only recommend with all of my heart this wondrous army of love for your furry companion'
I thank again all at Clarkson Village Animal Hospital and you will too.

Very welcoming and excellent time allocation for attention to all my cats and dogs. I live 20km away but still use them as I simply wouldn't trust anyone else.

We had to bring our dog Cooper in on Labor Day evening. We called first, and the assistant was very friendly on the phone. The friendliness continued when we arrived, with the assistant recognizing us as soon as we walked through the door and with the the veterinarian who treated Cooper. Our timing was lucky, and we only had to wait a few minutes for the vet. Considering this is a 24/7 clinic, the charges weren't too bad. The exam fee is clearly stated on the website, and we were clearly informed of the costs of treatments and tests options. We had a very positive experience.
