Raf was an absolute pleasure to work with when planning our honeymoon. After endless hours of research, he pieced together a truly unique trip catered to exactly what both my fiancé and myself were looking for. After hours of trying to book a flight online, a friend told me to go a Flight Centre where they have the same flight with lower price and payment options not offered online. Can't believe how easy and trouble-free it is. Great service and helpful staff.

I generally book my trips online myself, however a recent botched online booking left me out a considerable amount of money and had me reconsidering the way I book my trips.

I contacted Flight Centre and spoke with Derek Firkins, an agent at this location, to inquire about booking a trip to UAE. I was blown away with the quality of service I received and decided to book my hotel and flight with Derek.

I had a great experience with this Flight Centre. I have already booked my next trip with Derek and will definitely be booking my future trips with him as well.

I would not advice anyone to use this travel agency. An error by one of their agents cost me $1,200. I was told verbally that my passport expiry date was fine to travel to Europe, only to find out at the airport that the agent had miscalculate the date. When I asked for a resolution, I was told I should read the fine print on the invoice ( which actually had inaccurate information on it).
I like to purchase goods and services on line, normally, but for bigger ticket items I prefer to go to an office and deal with a knowledgeable human being. So, unless you like reading all the fine print and verifying all the travel information yourself, I'd go somewhere else!
