The Worst Experience I've Ever Had with the staff and the manager in Don Mills Store.. the staff and the manager there not professional,not helpful and not nice at all very disappointed There is a guy working there wicked was very rude, the first time to receive such a treatment at a CAA office. The worst experience ever.

They had 1 staff member working the desk, and another on the floor for sales, so a small line formed. But I loved that the staff were friendly and welcoming. I got my International Driver's Permit here with a passport photo too.

Location is easily accessible with TTC (and a short walk) or by driving.

Sales rep was rude and cold. She didn't understand how to use the system, and then blamed us for trying to do a complicated transaction. Her colleagues tried to help her and seemed nice, but our specific sales rep was awful.

I visited this location before a trip to Europe in order to purchase an international driver's license. While I arrived at the location in the middle of the day, there was a long line at the service counter. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half before I finally made my way to the front of the line. I will never visit this location again. As it turns out, I didn't even need the international driver's license to rent a car in the countries I visited! I would have appreciated that information from the CAA staff when I purchased the license.

Great service! Planning a car trip to PEI via Canada and returning via the US. They gave me nine maps, four tour guides and a 238 page triptik customized to my planned itinerary. The maps alone are worth half my annual membership fee. Thanks, CAA!
