The chocolate raspberry ganache cake is perfectly moist, with the perfect density, the perfect sweetness (ie, not too sweet), the perfect balance of raspberry chocolate filling and topped with a beautiful dark chocolate ganache. For me, this is the best chocolate cake I've ever had and I go back for it almost every year.

If you're a local, and don't now this place, you really should check it out. This is definitely a valuable hidden gem in Calgary. If you're looking for the right amount of sugar, and fresh daily baked bread, this is also your stop. They have a very cute sitting area which allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee or two with a close friend. This is small delicate shop, don't bring your laptop and camp here, please.

This review is long overdue! Our wedding cake was from Brulee and they provided the best customer service and a cake that was delicious and beautiful!!! We needed a cake to feed 600 guests and they came through with flying colours!!! I cannot recommend this bakery enough!

I ordered the chocolate truffle torte for my husband's birthday. The cake was topped with fresh fruit and dark chocolate curls. The cake was delicious and a hit at the party. I highly recommend this bakery for all your cake needs :)
