Very friendly accommodating staff and fast work. Very pleased. They even drove to my house to give me a boost when my battery ran dry overnight before the appointment. A+

Friendly staff and a fairly fast turn around. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, you wouldn't even know it had been damaged.

We took our 2005 Mercedes Krompressor into Boyd in Cloverdale with minor repairs. These repairs were going to take four days to complete, so we were supplied with a courtesy car. When picked up our vehicle we were very happy with the work that was done. The employees were like a happy family working to please their customers. I would recommend this auto body shop.

Looking for an auto-body shop and after doing a lot of research I decided to bring my vehicle to Boyd in Cloverdale.
I will say the initial meeting was good and felt comfortable that I decided in bringing the vehicle to them. However that quickly changed after going to pick up the vehicle for the first time. From poor blending in trying to match the existing aged paint to excess paint on the bumper sensor making it inoperable along with a few other issues as well, it took three times to get the repair where I finally just accepted the vehicle.
While I am sure when they get it right it is more than acceptable however based on my experience I personally won't be going back to them.response / report this review
