This location doesn't even deserve one star, therefore I wish I could give it none. A former employee, this is definitely as the worst job I've ever had. Every shift, I hear music playing so loudly that it's impossible to hear the caller on the other end. Every shift gave me a headache.
Very hypocritical personnel; they will tell you not to use your phone, yet two seconds later, when you arrive for work, you will see many other colleagues using their smartphones and wearing airpods. As a fellow Muslim, I enquired about the prayer area. They always gave me a smelly, unclean, random place to pray in. They keep an eye on everything you do, including bathroom breaks and times of prayer.
One day when I came in for a shift, I even saw one of my coworkers high and not taking any calls. They make it sound like a professional workplace, which is funny. I'll say it again: Please record your hours on an Excel sheet or your phone. If they miss a few hours, they cheat you so much that you are paid weeks later, only when you complain and reach out. By the way, salary is not worth it

Being employed here, I've had money disappear from my paycheck on multiple occasions, and it's always been ignored. I'm not even sure why condo and logistics companies use this service. I can promise you that every system was incredibly slow, and the software and cameras took far too long to load. I'll never risk my safety like this. A resident must phone three or four times only to pick up a shipment before receiving a response. Everything is observed by Stealth monitoring staff, so residents should be aware that they are being watched and that any personal information is shared with staff. One day at work, for instance, everyone gathered around one of my coworkers' computers to laugh at a woman who was intoxicated resident very childish
