As a volunteer, i was surprised with their customer service. Went into one screening and the staff were quite rude. Got agitated when I asked for clarification, their listening skills were lacking. The doctor was playing loud videos on his phone as soon as a patient was out. Everyone seemed to have low patience and are only looking out for their own skin.

After visiting apotex earlier this year. Biopharm feels like a significant general overall downgrade. As other reviews have said. Just get your money and get out.

Being a minority in society can be hard for all of us , its comforting to see a equal opportunity employer who employs almost all immigrants. Its comforting . There should be more places like this in Canada but unfortunately discrimination still exists in most companies. they only hire white people.

I can honestly say the employees care about there job so much . every one. It is a great place to work because you literally have no white people working here. I am not racist but i feel white people are generally racist to many minorities.

It is what it is. It is morally not acceptable to say that to the public but its true and all of us minorities know that. Everyone is a minority and you can see that everyone respects each other in this place. Thats a awesome feeling as a volunteer for a study .

Thanks for a great experience in the study and I want to tell all the employee's to keep up the good work. This country will change eventually and all the hatred for us will diminish. God Bless.

omg the staff at bio pharma are the best . They are courteous, friendly, professional and so appreciative of all their volunteers. Bio Parma is, in my opinion the best of all the CROs I've ever visited. I love the staff at bio pharma services .

I have worked with Biopharma Inc. These are very considerate,understanding,caring and kindhearted team-mates. They have taught me in charity there is no excess. Community service to enhance affordable quality health care is their priority!

It seems like they try to save on everything they can. Some studies are 3-4 days long and more, and there are no entertainment except one TV for everybody. No separate room for reading/learning(students are always go for such studies for some extra money ), no play room, nothing. One big room for everybody and one big room for sleeping with all the snore around. Really feels like you are just some test meat there with no feelings or emotions. Get your money and give us the job done on you
