  I wish I asked the operators their names(there was 2 two trucksone for the pick up one for the 5th wheel) but I forgot. Was pulling our fifth wheel up Scott Lake Hill when the it sounded like the engine exploded. Limped it to the highway 68 and highway 1 interchange. The drivers arrived in the estimated time but had to go to an emergency call so couldn'ttake our vehicle right away. Totally understandable as we were safe off the highway. Within a few hours our trailer was safe at home and the truck was at the dealership. Both were extremely professional and above all personable. The concern for our safety and well being was amazing. Can't thank them enough for their help and kindness during a stressful time.

  Big big shout out to James and Zac for helping me snd my family when we had car issues. Both of them came in two tow trucks and since i was at the side of the highway they put my car on one truck and checked the issues. Solved the issue right away and we could get home. Both of them super friendly, professional and really helpful. Thanks again and take care. Super reliable service!

  Eric saved the day returning our campervan from the side of the highway and back to Calgary. He went above and beyond, taking extra time (45+ minutes!) to try to maneuver the van into a rather awkward parking spot. He was pleasant, patient, and so willing to help. 10/10 recommend this service and would call them in a heartbeat in the future.

  While I was dirt biking I came across some tourists that were stuck in a rental vehicle and ATV out in Waiparous with no cell reception. I verified if they wanted me to help out organize a recover for them and they said yes. So I got into cell reception and called Big Hill to arrange a recovery. Big Hill was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. I then gave Big Hill my inReach contact info so they could communicate with me while in a remote location. I went back out to meet up with the tourists to provide them an update. Big hill kept me informed in when they would arrive over my inReach device. I watched them do the recovery. They are very professional and respectful of your vehicle/equipment while doing the recovery. Would highly recommend!
