They had to spend several extra hours working on my car, through no fault of their own. They kept in constant contact with timing updates and honoured the estimate despite the extra time. They even stayed 90 minutes past closing to make sure they got it back to me the same day. The service was amazing! I would recommend them to anyone for service and repair!!

A great place you can trust. The won't scam you with unnecessary fixes. They took photos of defected parts and discussed everything with me. Would go back again for sure.

I have not used Mad Lab Automotive but merely contacted them through email about a repair cost on a vehicle I was contemplating purchasing.

I received a quick response with a quote as well as a follow up email to see if I required anymore assistance.

Unfortunately i did not end up buying the vehicle in question because repair with purchase price was not worth it.

Even though I never used Mad Lab Automotive for any repair I would definitely give them a try on any future repair just because of courtesy and quick response to any questions I had.

The friendliness and professionalism of management is refreshing. I have especially appreciated that Keith takes the time to carefully go over everything that their inspection (with the oil change) has flagged. It also is very helpful that he goes over the pros and cons of each repair.

I booked an oil change through groupon and at the last minute.literally 2 hours before my appointment.asked to add on a tire swap out. They accommodate my request with enthusiasm and kindness. I will come back here in the future for all my oil changes and services for my ride. Thank guysp.s. thanks for the cold beverage as well.it was a scorcher today.
