I world was actually the only place in the city that was able to help me with my I pad, it kept timing out without me touching it after it stopped timing out it said disabled

I usually buy my phone at another store— and I’ve never had an issue before. There were already scratches and damages on the bottom as if it’s been dropped a few times. The return policy is very strict for this reason, I assume. The only positive experience I will say is the workers were nice. I’m definitely not coming here again, though.

I ordered AirPod pros online and received a confirmation that they were ready to be picked up. After showing up they told me they had no stock and would call when the AirPods arrived. I called several times over two weeks to see if they had arrived. Today I went in only to find out that the shipment came in and sold out in a day. Do yourself a favour and shop at an actual apple store where they truly do have world class customer services. This store is a glorified kiosk.

Amazing salesperson!
I was helped by Derek, it's refreshing to see a salesperson who loves his job. I had gone in for simple charge cable but by the time I left I was ready to buy an Ipad. The part that was the most impressive was how I was treated! I didn't feel like I was being pressured and the entire experience was just fun. Never have I heard a sales person say " From everything you have told me that's way too much machine for what you are going to use it for". He didn't lay down all of the technical jargon that you get from most salespeople and had jokes. It didn't feel like a sales pitch but an effortless conversation between friends. It was awesome, I will be back!

Not an Apple store! My father and I were in middle of the day 3 employees were on, somehow we got the repair tech as our sales person. He cut my father off multiple times while he was asking questions. It felt like we were more of an inconvenient distraction. He knew all of technical terms of an iPad. Not any practical use for my father.
I am all for letting someone learn new things but repair to sales doesn't pair well!
