  Worst shipping carrier company. They have messed up my amazon deliveries 100% of the time because they never input the correct address. My address is a SW address in a newer area but they keep attempting to deliver to a NW address. I've looked up my address on google maps and it is there. When asked what address they input into Google maps, they keep saying that they are inputting SW. But when I asked them where it's taking them, they tell me it's downtown. When I ask them again, they finally realize that they are actually inputting NW instead. My delivery instruction even says to make sure they input SW and what part of the city my house is located in. They have MESSED UP EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY (no exaggeration) and I am talking about >20 orders. And, on a few occasions, the status says that they attempted the delivery and left a notification but they "attempted" at the wrong address because no one ever shows up here. So, I have to waste my time calling them to make sure they deliver to the correct address. When attempting to call them, their wait times jump from 10 minutes, to 5 minutes then back up to 25 minutes, 42 minutes, to 1 minute then back up to 20 minute. Absolute trash. It's unfortunate that Amazon uses them for so many of their deliveries.

  Super fast delivery service! I ordered from Amazing last night after 11pm, and got my parcel the next day at 1pm !! WOW!! Love that the courier rang our doorbell to let us know the parcel was at the door. Zero parcel damage!

  This is the worst company to be neighbors with. They have no respect for the companies around them they park their cars, trucks and trailers in the middle of the road with no consideration for anyone around them and in front of other company's loading docks.
  If this is the way they run their business, with a lack of respect for their neighbors, I can only imagine the lack of respect for their customers.
  
  They blame the abandoned trailers on the transport company and of course the transport company says it's Intelcom's drivers.
  
  I also saw and smelled one of their drivers smoking weed before getting in his vehicle and driving away to deliver packages. Last time I brought it up with one of the supervisors. If I see that again I'm going to call the cops.

  Paid to have fast saturday delivery of a package and then had their driver lie about a delivery attempt. Our buzzer is connected to our phone and was never buzzed and there was no delivery attempt notice left. Called to sort it out and the automated system said estimated wait of 124 minutes so entered the call back queue and never received a call back. Was told by amazon they updated the delivery schedule and that i should sit at home for 11 hours a day for the next 3 days because no one can tell me why they lied or when they will actually come.
