Good location right off hwy 400. Plenty of nearby stores and amenities. Clean and spacious rooms. Rates very reasonable.

The beds were too soft, the room was clean but the AC didn't work. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating and the thermostat was at 77 degrees turned it down to 70 but didn't even change by the time we checked out. (Room 217)
Went to the lobby restaurant for breakfast and ordered oatmeal it ended up being quick oats with hot water added. Couldn't even eat it, the oatmeal wasn't even cooked it was like a paste. My friend ordered the four points breakfast and it wasn't very good either.

I stayed here on Tuesday evening with my husband for the first time and we had a great time. Our room was great the beds were very comfy. The pool area was well maintained and both pool and hot tub were perfect temp. We also received great service from the front desk. Ashley was very kind and exceeded our expectations for a great hotel experience. Will stay again

Good sized suite for us. Clean and convenient spot. It was slightly annoying that the wifi required to re-authenticate several times per day.

Rooms were nice. Clean, air conditioned. Asked for adjacent rooms and while they were technically next to each other they were not a connected set. Have stayed here before and would again.

Bed was comfortable. Service not great. Had to call numerous times to get air conditioning serviced. Public bathrooms not monitored and lacked hand towels all day. Food was not great. Ordered a bagel and it was hard as a rock. Will not go back.

The rooms are a good size and clean. The location is conveniently located close to the 400. Staff are all friendly. Gym is small but adequate. Pool looks nice but I have not yet tried it. I would return.

Awful, let me just start off, don't buy a package with breakfast, it is reheated food from God knows what. The service was terrible, employees were ignorant and didn't care what or who you were. Unless your in desperate need for a hotel, don't come here.

Staff is nice
Convenient location
Has a little store , reasonable priced for personal toiletries,razors,makeup etc forgettable's
My only beef is the pool by the picture look huge, but it's small and hot tub has no jets.
Rooms are clean.
But l don't liked being filled buy good pics.

Great value! Beautiful lobby. Rooms were not very fancy, but they were clean and comfortable and a great deal. Unexpected stay during a snow storm. Max at the front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. He switched our room when we discovered our first one was too small and then made to extra trips to bring us pillows and blankets for our kids. Didn't even make us feel like a bother. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Barrie area! The pol also looks great! Can't wait to try it in the morning!

I even don't want to give them this "one star"!!! That's the worst hotel I have ever been. The room we get is completely wrong in the website. They said our room have bathtub, but when we came to there just a shower in bathroom. Okay, We take it. We keep waiting our breakfast 2 hours!!!!!!!! What kind of breakfast can let us keep waiting 120 minutes?! See the picture. Canned fruits, rotten strawberries, burned bacon. I will never go back again.
