Calling all BTG MEMBERS! It's that time of year again when we will be holding our Annual Membership Picnic! This is an event you don't want to miss! It will be a great opportunity to catch up with past and present fellow thespians, script writers, costume designers, set painters, lighting techs, actors, box office staff and the list goes on! We hope to see you there! Find more details below!
-Please note the day of the picnic is August 11th! Not the 14th!
-Bring food. It is a potluck affair. Burgers and hot dogs will be provided by the Belleville Theatre Guild.
There is a small above ground pool that can be used to cool off. Please note there will be no food or beverages allowed on the pool deck.
Bring your own chairs and bring your own water clothes if you intend to use the pool.
And BYOB. If you intend to drink, please have a designated driver or a similar plan.
