Had a wonderful, hard workout with Brandon Green last night! He has been one of the key members of my muscle system care at Strata Internal Performance helping me to end my severe pain/numbness caused from a slipped disc and 2 fractured vertebrae from a swimming accident two years ago. I have now regained basic daily living skills as well as muscular strength and endurance. I'm feeling so happy finally being able to exercise the way I love, without pain or limitations!
Being truly aware of all you food stuff/water/exercise and sleep are key elements to achieving your health and wellness goals! I've been seriously journaling for over a year and with great success. I just saw this post for May fitness challenge. I love this chart for it's utter simplicity!.. if it isn't easy, you won't do it! This chart creates that opportunity for you to be aware and be successful! Consistency will be your key to success on what ever your goal is! Within 8 days of removing sugar and carbs from my diet, I shockingly stopped having pain in my back and knees! Incredible! If you haven't looked at your food yet when dealing with an on going pain issue, you might want to explore some different outcomes!
