Great experience on my DIY wainscotting project. Steve was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. I gave him the measurements and a picture of what I wanted my project to look like, and he was bang on. Very little waste when I was done. Highly recommend.

Helped a friend move in and do some reno's to his first homeand of course it did need some upgrades. We dealt with BTM for the specific materialsfrom customer service to delivery of the product. Exceptional. I don't think they're moving out for a while

I called Barrie Trim 3 days before the scheduled install date to confirm that they were on track to make the scheduled appointment, and they confirmed that they would be there.

I received a call from them on the day of the install at the time they were supposed to be there. They claimed to have staffing problems and were not going to be there that day and they were not sure when they could come.

They They showed up 5 days later with the wrong materials, and claimed that the guy who had quoted it had made the mistake. Then they told me they had fired him over a month ago, for making similar mistakes.

So they knew that he had made mistakes in the quotes he had done, and instead of being proactive and going through his quotes they waited until it became there customers problem.

I would give them a "0" if I could.

Staff is rude ,(girl) . She wanted to deliver chair rail with problems, several pieces 😡😡😡. I asked to change and she said that everyone was like that. .

These guys won't just speak to you ,,, they actually yell at you. When you tell them they are rude, they go, "So?".

Awful customer service: gave us a quote, made us pay for that quote, then called after the weekend to tell us that it was half the quote.

Had it with their unprofessional attitude. Went in for a refund: machine won't work. Told them to split the refund amount (yup, it was a lot of $), but they refused.

Had to go back for the refund, and whadaya know: had to split the refund amount to give our money back.

Stay classy, BTM.

My wife and I engaged BTM for a stair case since we were already doing a major household reno. We went to their site in Barrie and immediately saw the stair case we wanted in their showroom. We ordered a hickory staircase with the wrought iron balisters with the knuckles.

Their staircase guy Wade was more than awesome, a true craftsman. He made sure that everything was perfect. My wife and I could not be any happier. You should try Barrie Trim and Moulding, you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled with our first time experience using Barrie trim and moulding. They took hours to walk us through different styles and quantities of trim and doors for our home renovation, and their pricing was by far better than anyone else, especially the box stores. Any minor issues we have had have been quickly and very professionally resolved to our complete satisfaction. The team at Barrie trim and moulding absolutely deserve a pat on the back and we can not wait to use them again.
