If you don't have a team to cover for you when you're away from your business, systems are the next best thing! 🙌
My back has been bothering me for awhile but I mostly ignored it because it always got better on it's ownuntil it didn't! 🤕 So now I'm dealing with:
✅ painkillers ✅ muscle relaxers ✅ heating pad ✅ tens machine ✅ 1 position that lets me stretch my back without crying in pain
I'm laid out on the 🛋 and my work time is cut in half for the week. Good thing I've also got:
✅ social media pre-scheduled for the week ✅ email autoresponder ✅ blog pre-written and scheduled ✅ important tasks identified (so I can reschedule at a glance) ✅ video conferencing so in-person meetings can easily be turned into online meetings
So even though this week might not go the way I planned, it will still go relatively smoothly and I can focus on getting better instead of on all of the things that aren't getting done 😃

ICYMI
Be realistic. Social media success doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and effort to build trust and forge connections with your customers online. How well can you listen and engage them when you're scrambling to write/photograph/record content to post to a dozen networks multiple times a day? Pick one or two networks and focus your efforts - you'll get a better response than if you are *everywhere* but not *engaging*.

Yesterday was awesome.
So awesome, in fact, that as soon as we were done our livestream we said to ourselves "We should do a quick promo video to make sure no one is missing out on the rest of the series!"
