Work is happening this weekend and the more help we get the quicker it’ll be! The forecast may not look ideal but this piping needs to get into the ground and we plan on going ahead with the work this Saturday and Sunday.

Please keep an eye out for heavy equipment working on the main track the next couple of days, any work happening should be confined to the last few turns and the one after the finish line.

AGM: 11am -2pm Cocktails: 5pm Dinner: 6pm (Magician to perform during supper) Awards to Follow
Tickets: $20 per adult (your choice of steak, chicken, with gluten free & Vegetarian options as well) Tickets will be on sale in Regina please see Tana Lloyd or Heather McKee, there is also an etransfer option if you will not be in Regina that email address is j-t-lloyd@hotmail.com Tana Lloyd will be able to help you out. Children 12 and under can have chicken fingers and fries for $9.00 per person.
Banquet Tickets will be on sale until September 20th (we can’t accept any requests for tickets after September 20th). Please don’t miss out and get your tickets starting in Regina September 8th & 9th.

News from the concession (Sabrina Hanes)
“There will be a small concession open tomorrow evening until 8pm. The track has decided this year to provide pizza for the year end bonfire (only available after races) instead of burgers & dogs. I would like to thank you all for the continuous support through out the year”😊

Our final round of racing is tomorrow evening! And everyone’s welcome to stick around for the bon fire afterwards. Also, be sure to give this guy a high five for the countless hours of work he’s put in over the last fews years prepping the track every week for the races, getting the ball rolling on the watering system and many other things. The lack of rain the last few years have been tough on us and the volunteers that make our Wednesday series happen. Well plans are in the works to make it a little easier on everyone involved, and more enjoyable for everyone riding, but we need your help. Saturday Sept 15th and Sunday Sept 16th are the dates we have chosen for installing underground lines to auto fill our four water tanks. Supplies have been purchased, and equipment will be rented, but we could use some volunteers to help! And if more people show up then needed, there’s always tons of other maintenance to get done to get a head start on next years season.

Round 17 of 18 is this Wednesday evening, and word is the concession will be serving up hotdogs and the ever popular taco in a bag! Once again, we could use any extra help we can get with getting water down on the track and even grooming if there’s anyone who can make it out. 📸 KdzMx Photography

Hot and dusty seems to be the name of the game this year, so once again, if anyone has a couple hours to spare before the races tonight to help with watering it would be greatly appreciated. Also with us moving into August we will be back to our shortened May/August scheduling. See you all tonight!

I camped out at otopasso trails for 2 weeks, it was awesome =) lots of sand, tracks and challenge on the 150 acres. I bought a annual membership and made a $100 donation as I felt the generosity and family atmosphere. Will be back again =)
