Amazing customer service, very friendly staff! Owner is very fair with his prices. I showed up without an appointment and they took me in right away. In and out within 30minutes. Overall a great experience.

Called to ask for tire prices for my vehicle. Before we hung up I said "thanks so much for your help. He literally hangs up in my face. Amazing how people can be so rude and own a business. Ridiculous!

Very friendly staff! My heat sheild fell off and everywhere around quoted $90 to fix it. All Tires gave me an amazing price and had it done in a matter of 5 minutes. Awesome service, will definetly recommend. Best prices around, fast and great staff!

Went there yesterday for E test and the service was great. I asked them to look at my tires and they could have tried to tell me I needed new ones now to make money but they didn't which I really appreciated. I had a warning light on and I thought it was the tires and it was brake fluid. They added some for me and I was on my way. I had my kids with me and we were in and out in 15mins. I would definitely recommend this place to people. Great service!!!!!!!

This is one of the few places I can go in the area where I know I can get honest work done. I read the previous reviews and I'm not sure what these guys are talking about. The only time I've ever seen anyone be rude to a customer is when a customer was unreasonable. Their prices are far cheaper than ANYWHERE in Windsor especially for the services they offer. They never turn you away unless of course you show up right before they close which is fair. And someone said they pretend not to speak English? That's a load of crap, clearly they spoke English to know what you wanted done with your car. Also I love that they tell you what needs work done immediately and what can wait before being replaced or fixed.
As far as I and many other people in this city know, this is the only under priced, quality, service you can get from really decent people!

Don't be fooled - all the reviews about overcharging are true. These guys will tell you they'll do free services but will then refuse to give you your keys unless you pay them. I went in for an oil change and not only was my car door completely open with my car running unsupervised in the parking lot when I went to pick it up, my car battery was totally drained when I went to start it after the service. My car battery had no issues before getting the oil change, and now it's completely dead and I need it replaced. Clearly, the guy left my car running so I wouldn't notice.

I called them and asked them about it and they said if they could tow my car back to the shop, they'd start it for free. They told me they have to keep it overnight and the next morning when I called them, they said they were looking to replace my battery. I hadn't even asked them to do that nor did we even have a conversation about it. These guys were going to charge me for something I didn't even ask to be done, no signature or anything.

Stay the hell away!! They'll pretend they don't know English just so they can get your money but they become aggressive and fluent if you speak up.

Went in for an alignment (steering wheel not in line with tire direction). The guy doing the alignment tried his best and said the problem is 90% fixed and for some reason (maybe suspension) the car still doesn't seem to be 100% tight and aligned, but he "doesn't have the time" to look at it now, but I still got charged $80, which felt unreasonable. Another thing that got my attention was that the older guy working at the main reception handling transactions was very rude to all the customers. Overall pretty unpleasant experience. Would not recommend anything other than buying tires here or getting emissions testing done.

I went there to get my tires fixed (the car was vibrating at about 110 kph) and it was worse after they balanced my tires. They rebalanced the tires for free, but it didn't instill confidence.

They also didn't give me a written quote or proper invoice as required by Ontario law.

tl;dr Nice Enough, but inept.

I haven't seen worst service ever. They don't even recognize their own writing on receipt for tires. When I bought tires and asked for receipt he wrote on the payment paper about the kms and now he said he didn't wrote that kms. He told me to do free tire rotation( as I am doing oil changes every time there, almost did more than 12 times) and after everything he did, he charged me for tire rotation and said you don't get free.. that the worst thing they did to get money from customers.

Plus he put 2 different size tires in my friend car, I saw and me and my friend went there to tell him and he refused that he sold tires to us, even he said they don't do this kind of worst job.. that I felt 2 times.. I will never go again..
