Our family found Ottawa Property Managers while trying to manage a difficult tenant in 2018. Not only did OPM provide wonderful advice on how to resolve the issues we were having, but they also found and managed the subsequent tenant for the duration of their tenancy. They have been wonderful and responsive any time we needed help, and the tenant seemed very pleased with their services as well. Your A+ team!

Cedric, Paul and team are outstanding. We hired them almost a year ago for multiple properties. In this period we have had several situations that have tested their knowledge, efficiency, and customer service -from difficult tenants that didn't want to respect agreements to an emergency with a flooding basement. In all these moments they remained professional, calm and in continued communication. Their advice was sound and timely.

Regarding the contractors, they have offered options for contractors and are open to use those whom we trust- I have never felt obliged to use a particular provider, which I appreciate. Tenants have never complained about the quality of the work or service.

Ottawa Property Managers offer great value for money, with very competitive fees. Hiring them has been a great decision.
