Best place in Coquitlam for Chiropractic, Physical therapy, and therapeutic massage. A very welcoming friendly environment in a totally professional setting.

The staff at the front desk are very lovely helpful people, always with a smile on their faces. Dr. Jordan was treating me for my back problems, as I've been suffering with this for years. Their system of two rooms being side by size and Dr. Jordan hoping in and out every 30-60 seconds from one patient to another does not make you feel valuable as a patient. Especially since you pay approximately 40$ for that time with Dr. Jordan. Dr. Jordan is very nice and lovely person; however overall Chyro did not help my back problems unfortunately.

I met Dr. Jordan Myers at his booth in Port Moody Winter Market and decided to see him for my stiff shoulders and neck. I was otherwise healthy and active. He recommended me to have a one year treatment contract with three adjustment sessions per week for the first month. After the 11th adjustment, I had horrible headache at the back of my head. I went back for another adjustment where he did "higher", after which I started to suffer from dreadful symptoms of pins and needles on my left upper and lower limbs, and terrible dizziness. After two visits to hospital emergency and a neurologist, the MRI scan has shown that I have pinched nerves. These symptoms have bothered my daily life for months. It has been more than four months of discomfort and anxiety and I still suffer from tingling in my left arm and leg, and intermittent dizziness.

I have been working with Dr. Jordan for almost a year now. I have noticed an immense difference in my posture and quality of life. After hurting my back cheerleading as a teen I have always had an achy back and hip on my right side and I often got tension headaches. I am happy to say I can't even remember the last time I have had a head ache like that and the range of motion and mobility in my low back has very much improved. What makes Dr. Jordan unique in his practice is he always ensures that his clients understand why they are being treated and how they should expect to improve, by keeping us informed through holistic information sessions every step of the way. As a personal trainer I strongly believe in functional training with a large focus on core and mobility work, many of my clients reach plateaus and obstacles because their spines have subluxations that affect their ability to move correctly and activate certain muscles. With chiropractic care they are able to take their body to the next level, becoming stronger and more mobile. I would strongly recommend Dr. Jordan and his team at Westwood Total Health.

I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for about two months now. He is my first chiropractor and any fears that I may have had have been dispelled. He has treated me with great skill and gentleness and although it is still early in my treatment I am benefiting from the treatment already. I would highly recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone who is concerned about their health.

I have been seeing Dr. Jordan Myers weekly for 3 years. He has drastically improved my immunity. I used to catch colds on the regular and often stuck in bed for over a week at a time multiple times a year. Since seeing a chiropractor I have found my overall health to have improved. Also, I ride horses 3-4 days a week. And I used to feel a lot of tightness and pain in my back the day after I would ride. I don't feel that way anymore and there is no longer limit to how long or how often I can ride.
Last fall I had a bad injury to my knee and between Jordan, Ghasem and Loris I have fully recovered quite quickly. The combination of physio, chiropractic and massage therapy is the best way to treat ongoing pain, a new injury or even illness.response / report this review -

I have been a patient of Dr. Jordan's for about one month now. His gentle but firm technique has been one of the best experiences I have had with a chiropractor. My life is improving greatly already. He takes the time to teach, so we can help ourselves with the healing process. And he's got such a flexible payment system too - so no stressing about the financial end of it either. Definite 5 stars.

I would never recommend this place to any of my family members and close friends based on bad customer and client experience and because of from what I honestly feel as unprofessional conduct that their staff display on a full-time regular basis. I am so happy most people on here have had great experiences because honestly, I have never had that same experience. I never have been so privileged to receive the same professional medical treatment at Westwood Chiropractic compared to my family physician local medical services which are beyond my expectations.
This organization did not meet the minimum standards for chiropractic care as far as my care plan went and I am surprised they are still in business. I would assume based on my individual client experience and from reading about other people reviews and experiences that other people are more favored and privileged to receive better services compared to others based on individual client experience and personal characteristics maybe.
In the past years, I have paid an arm and a leg for expensive chiropractic services here at Westwood Chiropractic. Recently after returning to chiropractic care, I met this chiropractor at a fair event in Coquitlam BC from Westwood Chiropractic, oh what a surprise that was…. I was then politely persuaded and convinced that I would get a reasonable long term discount after meeting with a specific chiropractor since being absent from chiropractic care for a year and a bit. After discussing my honest past experience with chiropractic care with Westwood Chiropractic Services. To no surprise, I was then left unsatisfied just like my previous experience and apparently promised that the experience would be most definitely be different by their staff and as stated by the chiropractor him or herself.
I then showed up for an appointment to be charged the full expensive rate without discount for non- reasonable chiropractic services that were presently not provided, including as well in the past when dealing with Westwood Chiropractic as a normal client.
In the past, my chiropractor would see me for 4 minutes’ total and do a quick touch and readjustment. Then it was over and my back was assumed to be resolved for that day, the chiropractor then left without doing any further chiropractic follow-up including any further conversation except to speak with reception for another appointment. I was then left with no real re-adjustment and feeling taken advantage off completely by Westwood Chiropractic in form of paying money for no reasonable service for my care. I am sorry, but that is way below the low end of medical professional and very low when it comes to a patient and doctor relationship.
Words of advice, you have to be very careful when receiving any medical services and when you as a client are paying high prices that you really can not afford, let alone to then receive low quality of medical chiropractic treatment from a company claiming to be qualified in providing outstanding chiropractic care.
I have never been satisfied with this organization as far as business and medical chiropractic treatment goes… They have not earned my trust as a patient and they have provided very little medical services with respect to my back and care plan.
In my honest opinion, I would never recommend this place for chiropractic medical services to anybody in my local community, especially for someone with a back problem, chiropractic medical issue including a serious chiropractic issue for the most part. If your going to pay an arm and a leg at least get expert medical advice and treatment from a qualified and very experienced chiropractor and not from Westwood Chiropractic Services from my client experience. I respect the business accepting my money, but I would not consider it a fair medical services trade….
I hope never do to business here again and thank you for wasting my time as a past client………response / report this review -

I have been a patient of Jordan Meyers for many years, probably near 30.
He has always taken great care of me and I'm certain of all of his other patients. The office ladies are great, very welcoming and caring. I also see Loris DePaoli on a regular basis. Between these two men, I am well able to continue a quality life, with very little pain. If you desire great care, go to Westwood Total Health. I have had a great experience at Westwood, from Dr. Jordan Myers to the front end staff, the lady's are wonderful.
It has been a journey to healing and recovery from a back injury that I sustained, but Dr. Myers put together a plan and we've been sticking to it. I really appreciate the continued support I am getting.

Going to Westwood has been nothing but enjoyable since the beginning. The staff are friendly, Jordan and his team are always smiling and ready to answer all your questions. None of them are pushy or indifferent. They are all very skilled and professional with what they do. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been going to Westwood Total Health for more than ten years. In that time, I have been very happy with all of my appointments (massage, chiropractic, and physiotherapy). Everyone is respectful, knowledgeable, and very nice. I fully recommend Westwood Total Health.

Not only are the staff very friendly, Dr. Myer's is exceptional. He not only treats you but explains exactly what he is doing and why. After years of sciatic pain down my leg he was able to eliminate and control it within a few months. In addition the RMT's are awesome. Tara does a great job of working out the muscular issues to help support the rest of the body. Great team!!!
