Greatly recommend this location. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Was able to downsize to a smaller storage locker upon consultation without any issues which saved me me money. Used it for approx 7 months before I moved cross country. Great from beginning to end.

So after I was wrongly charged late fees (see my previous review) and I complained, they then raised my rent - by over 10%! Could be coincidence or a punitive measure. I found them to be great at the start and then quickly found out that this business could care less about helping clients and more about the bottom line. It is probably a great service if you do not run into issues. Otherwise, buyer beware.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Used this storage space in the past and was happy. After reading reviews of other places closer to Vancouver we decided to come back.

The Maple Leaf Storage Staff was awesome and the facility excellent. The staff was very helpful, always polite, and generous with their time and attention to our needs and concerns. (Thank you Aidee and Sorin) The facility was clean, spacious and secure.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. They always greet me by name and I enjoy the free coffee and cookies when I go into the office The bathrooms are always clean too. great job everyone.

I am amazed by this company, I was trying to sell my house and I needed to put my "extra stuff" away, I decide it to give a try in this facility. I come there and a Spanish lady welcoming me with a big smile and took the time to showed me around I rented a small locker. Later I find out that my house got sold within a week and I started to panicked I needed a bigger locker, I call them and they told me that I were full but they will take my name and called me back, within 3 days I got a call back they found a bigger locker for me!!! what a relief. I rented there for 3 months, excellent service, really clean, manager is really polite men. They even help me when my movers showed up with a big truck. I truly recommend this company specially this location they make you feel that our business matter.

I needed a small storage locker and this facility was able to provide me with one that fit my needs perfectly. The facility was secure and clean and easily accessible from Port Coquitlam. The staff at the facility that I met several times, Heather and Sorin, were helpful and courteous. If I need to get a storage locker in the future, I will definitely be back.
