The front staff was rude.. not very informative and the physio guy didn't seem to help me or even diagnose me properly

I was here from ON and needed to start physio. I had been to other places and found it ineffective however this time was different. I'm am finally on the road to recovery. Their staff are exceptional, detailed and hands on! Thank you Dylan for all you help.

The entire staff at Austin Ave are extremely friendly and professional. Dylan is a great physiotherapist, very tentative and welcoming. Nicole is a very professional RMT, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I have been getting treated for a foot injury over the past few months. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and funny. Overall i am impressed with their service . The email confirmation works for me and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend them, in fact i have left my long term physiotherapist in exchange for Dillan.
