  I was the one who serviced Shaun, everyone was very professional with him. he initially walked in asking for a ford replacement glass and that was exactly what was given to him, he asked for a 2 hour window for the replacement and that was exactly what was given to him when he walked out he was extremely happy, he called an hour later saying there was a chip in the glass, I asked him to drop by and if there was one (which I highly doubt because I had my very best guy do the job, he is very very thorough) I will put a brand new glass in. Once again Shaun thanked me and said this was great service. There was a clerical mistake on our end, his Deductible was 500 not 200 (which we collected), we called him and asked him to please drop by and pay the extra, so he is now mad because he has to pay. Why are you mad at us? Why are you giving us a bad review, you were the one trying to save money by getting a high deductible, we are just doing our job. When you came in to pay the $300 you owed, you gave an attitude, but I still did not give attitude back, we at 2020 pride ourselves in our service, please do come and see for yourself, Shaun is just one pissed off customer because he tried to save money on his coverage and got burned, we were just doing our job. After bending over backwards for him, this is the review we get? Please come to 20/20 to get the utmost professional service.

  I was initially impressed with the recent auto glass service on an ICBC claim for a broken windshield until I drove away and realized there were already 3 or so small chips in the new Ford glass. I was going to let this go but just this morning received a phone call that now I owe an additional $300 on the glass, some 2 weeks after the replacement.

  Awesome service , I would never go anywhere else. Showed up on a Monday morning , got me in right away even brought me coffee from Timmys. Refreshing to see in this day and age someone who knows how to run a business and treat customers. Highly recommend this company to friends and family. Don't waste your time going anywhere else

  I had a chip in my windshield, I came to 20/20 because of my coworkers recommendation. I was hesitant to do so because being a young female there is always that fear of being taken advantage of and always getting that sales pitch to sell you things you don't need. That was not the case here! It was very professional. They have great hours that work around any work schedule! I dropped off my car at 7:45 and was at work by 8:15am! It was a very swift and great experience- I wish they also did other car repairs!! I highly recommend this shop

  Had a huge rock hit my windshield just to the left of my face! Called a few Autoglass places in Abbotsford, everyone stated "our last delivery for non stock windshields has past, and we can not get you in until next week". I called 20/20 and spoke with Gurj, he said let me check and I will call you back. Approximately 3 minutes later I get a call back, stating no problem, come on over.
  
  They were polite, professional and did a great job, on a Friday afternoon.
