Friendly service but the bed was sooo hard and the mattress pad it kept sliding off the mattress. Had a problem with ants and roaches. Water pressure in shower was minimal with no shower curtain or door so my bathroom floor kept flooding. A/c and internet work well. Hotel is right in a shopping area so it relatively safe, but loud, loud people outside and guest in the hall ways, along with loud music till like 11. Their free breakfast was corn flakes and coffee.

Staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Very close to a few nice restaurants and food stalls. Shower doesn't have a curtain and the plugs are finicky. Made it work by removing the front plate temporarily though.

Hotel has great location. It is situated on the main street, just few metres from bus station. Room was clean but there is no wardrobe for clothes or your things. In the bathroom no shelves. In addition bring your own shampoo. I was in room with my friend and we got just one tiny packet of shampoo and one soap. Breakfast is complimentary and pretty simple but good, the room where it is provided is with no chairs or tables. It is not bad place if you wanna stay there for one day. If you plan longer stay, choose a different hotel

We rent the Venus hotel through an airbnb, great experience, felt safe and our belongs were untouched. Additionally a great strip for tourists.

The location is very central to a number of tourist attractions: fruit/vegetable market, soccer field, a number of restaurants, grocery and trinket stores, etc. The staff was always very friendly, giving directions and tips (e.g. where the best ATMs are, how long it takes to get from A to B, etc.). The room was clean but expect a bit of outside noise to get through the thin walls and doors--not the worst but if you're a light sleeper it'll get annoying.

Nice central location, and clean room with A/C and hot and cold water only downside is that beds feel a bit hard.

Looks like it's had a quick freshen up but things like ripped seating in the reception area and the dreadful stairway to the second floor let this place down. Room was small, clean, had tv and roof fan. Aircon was available for an extra charge. Our small bathroom looked like it had been recently tiled but lacked any kind of shelf or space for toiletries or even a hook for a towel. Rooms at the front of the hotel have to suffer the music playing from a bar nearby.

Reasonable prices, clean rooms, downtown location, free access to midas resort pool area and very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is the disposal tableware, which comes with the complementary free breakfast. Would stay hate again!
