Beautiful place, very helpful staff, big rooms with A/C ,fan,hot shower, cable tv, very comfortable bed. Less than 5 minute walking from the center. Highly recommended

Good location near downtown San Ignacio, the market and the bridges. Nice to have a shared kitchen and open balcony lounge area. Rooms are no-frills but adequately appointed and clean. A bit noisy at times, especially in the front rooms which are right next to the entrance and front desk.

We expected a clean, pleasant place based on reviews, but that was not the case. The bed sheets were not very clean, the toilets had difficult flushing, the kitchen was very dirty (we had to wash everything before using, including the tables), we found dead bugs in the coffee maker and the kitchen sinks were clogged, to name a few of the issues. When we checked out after the first night due to the poor condition of the place, the owner demanded payment for four nights and her brother blocked in our vehicle with his. We had to call the police.

We booked a group of 6 based on good reviews but after staying the first night we found the rooms and facilities in poor condition, the a/c remote did not work properly, the sheets and towels were not very clean, the kitchen was dirty, stove ran out of gas, sink was clogged, and coffee maker was bug ridden. Upon letting the staff and owner know about these issues and that we were leaving early, they became very unfriendly and threatened to call the tourist police if we don't pay most of the booking cost.

Nice, quaint and comfortable place to stay. Common kitchen is good if one wants to cook. Service is friendly. It is near the main part of town, which is a big advantage.

It's all about location location location! Great place to head into town or out on tours. Super friendly staff and just a over all comfortable place to stay. Best buy from a budget price!

A very cute spot. The room was very nice and there was a kitchen close by that we could use which came in handy because the market was awesome! We could even brew coffee! I will definitely be back.

The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly. There is AC, wifi and it's in a good central location in San Ignacio.
