My partner and I had a great stay at this place..twice! Was perfect for what we needed. Fan in the room to cool off, central to everything, good wifi, you can store some small things in the fridge, a common area where you can relax in and have a coffee in the morning. The staff and owner there are incredibly helpful and full of good tips if you just talk to them. Allowed us to store our luggage there until you need to leave. Highly recommend :)

A small little place but it has a wide range of comfort. The price is very good especially if u want a quick over night accommodation. Right near the center of town and all basic utilities are offered in the rooms. However, you can't beat the view from upstairs. You'll get to see the a wonderful view of the entire San Ignacio and Santa Elena downtown vicinity, especially at the night time.

A good budget price hotel option in San Ignacio. The owners are very helpful but difficult to understand sometimes. The rooms are clean and larger than most in this price range. I recommend air conditioning for the HOT afternoons.

Good backpackers hotel. Cheap and clean. Do not expect luxury just a place to sleep with slow wifi connection and near city center.

Don't let the outside decieve, you this place is a great clean and accommodating little hotel. With clean hostel like bedrooms, prices are competitive but offer lots of pluses. There is an amazing view of the city from the top floor. There is a community kitchen with dishes and full fridge and stove. There is also clotheslines up top if you happened to be visiting ATM cave (like us) that day. Overall, this hotel offers clean, well kept, and simple accommodations with a very friendly staff to really make you feel at home.

Nice and quiet. Fast WiFi. Rooms were clean with private bath. Room had a nice bed, TV, fan and table and chair. Also had a smal veranda to hangout.

The owner of this place is great. He helped us out a lot with local places to visit, how to get around, what prices should be, and how to use the Belize express bus.
