Office building of the National Institute of Culture and History. Located here is the Institute for Social and Cultural Research, Institute of Archaeology, and NICH Administration offices.

The building does not function as a Museum. Instead of establishing the Museum in Belmopan, the "Old Prison" in Belize was transformed into the Museum of Belize in 2002.

There is still plans is to build a national museum in Belmopan. At current, there is no public display at this NICH building.
