Coool
We had the top floor balcony. Beautiful views, spacious accommodations, comfy linens.
The rooms are nice and clean, located in a busy part of town near the center marketplace. What makes this place so special are the people who work here. They are all willing to go the extra mile and sweet as could be. A+ in my book!
very friendly staff, clean place
Great rooms, clean and air conditioned. Kind of pricey but worth the price in terms of quality. Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Highly recommended! Be sure to try the restaurant too!
Excellent, exquisite! don't miss the maya art inside!
No hot water and water pressure is very low. so far it is clean.
Looking for a nice and affordable place to spend an overnight you can stay here they have cheaper places than them but you get a nice room with A.C. and television.
They used to sell excellent food here, not sure if they still do.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of local dishes.
Beautiful family room at the top of the hotel with amazing view on the city and countryside . Small kitchen to prepare meals. Wonderful place to start exploring the mountains and make a stopover towards Guatemala.
This was our basecamp for our travels around inner Belize for a few days. Compared to everything else available in San Ignacio, it was a great place to stay. We wanted the best room possible, so we went with the upper level. Little did we know that this was the only one without air conditioning, but we stuck with it after they offered us to relocate with one with AC. The upper level balcony/patio is huge, and has a hammock on it which was a great experience. The breakfast at the restaurant inside the place was awesome; some of the best food we had while in Belize. We also purchased the transfer to Hopkins for our follow on stay with Martha's Guesthouse, and that turned into a great experience with a couple of stops in-between.
Our stay at Martha's was awesome!! My wife along with our one year old son and a friend stayed in the First Lady suite (room 10). The room is a open 2 bedroom with a balcony the same size, my son enjoyed the view and activities. When it was time for a bath my son didn't want to come out of the bath tub, hot and cold water allowed me to keep the water temperature just right.
It's a bit noisy but that's expected since Martha's is at the center of San Ignacio town. This is the forth floor so there is a couple fleets of stairs to climb.
