Nice place to stay with immediate beach access with hammocks, a pool, and their own pier to enjoy sunrises from. Front desk help high finding services on the Caye, and rooms were clean.

Very nice. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was there were roofers working overhead during my stay and the constitution noise started at 8 am.

This place is terrible. Dark, damp rooms, leakage from the bathroom upstairs, and - no joke - rats chasing eachother in the ceiling. A disgrace for such a lovely island

We booked 3 nights at this property and only managed to get through two because of how awful it was. Lets start with the fact that the hotel is run by a Belizian criminal, that should set precedent for the rest of this review. After finding bed bugs in the room and asking to either be relocated or refunded, we were laughed at by management and were told to suck it up. Secondly, we booked a full day tour to the hol chan marine reserve, paid full price and to our surprise, only took us on the half day tour. We were supposed to visit 6 stops but were only taken to 3. When inquired upon with management, again, we were laughed at and were basically told tough luck. While we were on the tour, the boat captain attempted to sexually assault both my fiance and the other female passenger that was touring with us - unbelievable! We then arrived back at our room at 5pm only to find the hotel maid “cleaning” after we had insisted multiple times that we did not require the service. After going through our stuff, we found that $100 was missing. Again, brought this to managements attention and received the typical “theres nothing we can do about it” response. All of this in a single day was too much for us to handle, we packed our bags and left in a blink of an eye. If you are considering a stay here, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Its run by a criminal and they WILL steal your money. They even steal from their own employees, we had maids and other members of staff complain that they had not been paid in over a month! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Good location - roughly middle of island so easy to walk everywhere. A Mart next door and a coffee shop, sub stop, and small outdoor bar just a couple hundred feet from the hotel. Bungalow was enough room for 4 adults. Had a pool, but didn't use it. Right next to the beach, but that also meant by a common pedestrian walk way so at times in the evening it was loud outside. Was still able to get a good night's sleep though. Friendly staff.

The resort is alright. The beds are hard and the sheets are itchy. But let's be honest, you won't be in the rooms much, go explore the island.

Absolutely fabulous place for a short stay. Need better beds,to firm for us..The staff is amazing,they go above and beyond- Traci,Chris,Randy,you guys rock. Would highly recommend

Great location, on the shore with a pier. We were there with a tour group, and had about 8 rooms. There were some plumbing problems, which limited showers and such. Rooms in the newest section above the pool were much nicer.

The room were spacious, clean, and air conditioned. The staff were very polite and friendly. The pool is like the cherry on top!
