All i wanted was a coffee. They open at 6 for coffee. Its has outdoor seating and an unobstructed view of the sunrise. No sugar needed. Lovely

We were stranded while hurricane Harvey ravished Houston and needed a place without having a reservation. The staff were accommodating and the room was clean, reasonably priced and had a pleasant bay view. The on site restaurant made it a quick and easy breakfast place. I would recommend this place.
