  Lovely grounds. Private atmosphere. Good local cuisine. Suggest a rental car for exploring. Observe toucans and other wild life. Helpful staff. Secure entry and night patrols.

  Despite the charming jungle setting, the staff and service ruined our stay here. Our room was perfect and the scenery around the resort was gorgeous, but all of that was overshadowed by the lackluster efforts of the staff. There was only about 3 people working at any given time and no one seemed to be interested in helping you with anything. Dining was something we didn't look forward to at all each day. We waited at least an hour and a half for each meal to come out (only up to 4 other people at each meal to begin with) and that wasn't the only issue. No one was ever in the office when we had questions about wifi or booking tours. When we did book tours and needed a driver from hotel to take us, they would always be late. There was no boss or owner available when we were there and we were also approached during our dinner by a staff workers friend and he made us feel very uncomfortable. We talked to an older couple who wasn't even done with their stay yet and they were switching hotels mid way through because they couldn't stand it anymore. We will not be returning to Dream Valley Resorts.

  A totally secure place on the river with beautiful views nature and walking areas. Top end dinning as well as alfresco on the veranda. Personal excellent .

  Great place to get away from it all and relax, so much silence can be eerir, the monkeys do make some noise, real wild monkeys jumping from tree to tree, but they they seriously cute and go to bed early,

  Beware the long bumpy road to this hotel. Once you arrive you will see its a very beautiful place with views of the river. The room is beautiful with very nice bathroom. Food was delicious and service was great.
