Nice pool, clean rooms, good restaurant and bar. Gorgeous views. Excursions can pick you up from the pier on the property.

Laid back, tranquil. Nice location. Easy 18 min walk to downtown. Do not hear sounds from the street behind it.

Good rustic beach resort. No frills. A bed a balcony, the beach and on site restaurant. Rent a golf cart to tools around town or go snorkeling it's all on-site. Good for families too.

Beautiful beach side resort with incredibly helpful employees and an amazing bar and restaurant. It's located in a busy area of San Pedro and really puts you close to everything. If you don't plan on leaving the resort, there are still plenty of things to do such as zip lining, swimming, snorkeling, or even having a drink on the dock (which is one of 2 bars). The rooms are comfortable with functioning air conditioning, nice beds, televisions, clean showers, and they all have decks with sliding glass doors that give a good enough view. Overall a great place to spend time at while in Belize.

Great staff and customer service. Rooms aren't high end. But they're clean and comfortable. The beach and laid back attitude, aka Island Time are fantastic!

Choose this hotel because it was recommend by a friend of the family who had stayed here last year for thanksgiving. I must say it was indeed a great recommendation. The hotel is great for families the kids enjoyed the water sports area and especially the zip lining. Overall awesome hotel!

Hotel was worth every penny we spent! Very family oriented, the kids enjoyed the slide and water toys. Two small swimming pools, two restaurants , spa and a tour office. We went snorkeling with the whale sharks which was an unforgettable experience. The staff are nice and kind. very relaxing vacation.

Vacation was awesome ! from check- in to check-out everything was so smooth. the kids loved the hotel especially the 30ft high slide that takes you straight into the ocean. The loft villa we booked was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The two pools are on the small side but the ocean is right there to access. Would certainly be back!

check in was fast and easy, hotel grounds was clean and gorgeous with all the plants, trees and flowers. Most of my time was spent at the pool, bar and the spa. The massages from the spa on the dock was incredible very relaxing. Hotel has two restaurant which is great. Staff is easy going and polite.

Enjoyed my staff at Caribbean Villas Hotel is had so many amenities. My family and i felt as if we were staying at a resort instead of a hotel. Kids played at the water park all day everyday during our stay while we had cocktails at the dock bar. The hotel has two restaurants which was convenient. Highlight of our vacation was riding around the island on bikes that the hotel offers for free. The hotel also offers golf cart rentals but we were on a budget so we enjoyed the bikes for free. The staff is friendly and we hope to return to San Pedro again in the near future.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check - in process was easy and quick. The front desk was very informative and polite. The hotel had a lot to offer for the price we paid. Two swimming pools, two restaurants, a zip lining feature, two bars , spa, tour office and free bike rentals. Would recommend to anyone especially families.

The staying in the Caribbean villas hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. Not too far from a supermarket nor from the gas station if we needed to gas up our rental golf cart. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The main problem we faced was the lack of wifi signal in the rooms. However, we got strong signal at the beach bar. In regards to the hotel rooms very small yet comfortable. If your traveling single or with a partner you will certainly have enough space. Cool zip lining feature from beach bar to dock bar.

Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend. beautiful hotel, nice staff, comfortable rooms, awesome spa services. Not to forget we loved the onsite sushi restaurant was a really great restaurant with amazing food.

Loved staying here, they maintained their beach much more than some of the others from the sea grass. Clean and easy access to the restaurant and pools. In a nice area as well, close to action but not in it
