Beautiful but sticky beach

Nice roomy location. Not far from restaurants and attractions. The beach is a few feet away. Nice, helpful and pleasant staff working the front office. Decent pool on the property.

Wonderful rooms with amazing views of the ocean. Pier 366 restaurant food is also excellent. Friendly and helpful from all the staff.

Nice place, good beach access, nice pool. They state that they will charge you US$3 for the packet of Folgers coffee if you use it and it's US$30 should you break a glass or a plate.
Nice size kitchen, but nothing other than a few pots, pans, and dull knives for cooking. No salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.response / report this review -

Absolutely a well deserved 5 Stars!! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, Room 18. Gave us recommendations and contacts on San Pedro for everything to where to eat, snorkeling, fishing and places to enjoy the night life!! Definitely will be coming back and staying here once again!! Thank You ! Thank You!

Just stayed here for the last week with two other friends in a two bedroom, two bath facility with full kitchen. Accommodations were excellent (#16). Patio overlooked the pool and ocean, so peaceful. Great location in the southern part of Ambergris Caye. Complimentary bicycle, kayak and paddleboards. Everyone was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Would absolutely recommend Grand Colony Villas.
